Minnette Leoni, FPQP® (She/Her/Hers)

As the Operations Manager for Family Wealth Management Group, Minnette provides customer service for our clients, helps maintain compliance for our staff and manages our calendars on a daily basis. 

In May of 2021, Minnette completed her course work and certification to earn the designation of Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) through Kaplan College for Financial Planning.  She continues to provide daily customer service to our clients and adds the responsibility of assisting Laura in preparing Financial Plans for our clients.

Minnette has more than 20 years experience in office administration in a variety of industries including medical offices, drug and alcohol treatment, hospitality, and international corporations. In her administrative roles, she managed payroll and benefits, coordinated national sales events, relocated US headquarters for an international manufacturing group, and managed numerous special events for Fortune 500 corporations and charitable organizations.

Her professional approach, caring nature and dedication make her well suited to working with our clients. She is a proud ally of the LGBTQ community, and an avid supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion. 

Get to Know Minnette

Minnette works remotely from her home in the northwest Chicago suburbs in Illinois, where she lives with her husband, two kids and the family dog, Sophie.  In her free time, Minnette enjoys boating a traveling with her family, costuming for local theater groups and volunteering in her community.  Her son and daughter are both recent graduates of Illinois State University, and she and her husband are looking forward to an empty nest in the near future.
